Chocolate "Oats" Bowl
This fiberful bowl is a great oat substitute if you find grains hard to digest, or if you just want to switch up your Oats routine. I can assure you, though it's loaded with veggies, you can barely tell a difference between this bowl and your normal creamy oats bowl.
Chocolate Paleo Protein Bowl
Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp MCT oil
3/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop plant based chocolate protein
1/2 tbsp flax meal
1/2 tbsp psyllium husk (optional but helps make it thick and high in fiber)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup cauliflower rice
1/4 cup grated zucchini
1 tbsp sunflower butter
1 tsp MCT oil
3/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop plant based chocolate protein
1/2 tbsp flax meal

1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup cauliflower rice
1/4 cup grated zucchini
1 tbsp sunflower butter
Toppings (OPTIONAL)
Kite Hill Plain Yogurt
Raw Almond Butter
Blueberries
Cacao Nibs
Shredded Coconut
Bee Pollen
Grain Free Granola
Goji Berries
Directions:
- Add Coconut Oil & MCT Oil to a sauce pan over medium heat
- Add cauliflower, milk, protein, and stir 1-2 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium low & mix until creamy & thick (3-5 minutes)
- Topped with a swirl of plant based probiotics yogurt, almond butter, blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut, bee pollen, thrive granola, goji berries
