Grocery Shopping Guide!

I've received lots of questions and requests to post my grocery shopping cart so here it is! I'll mention that it changes weekly, but most of what you see stays consistent. We shop weekly because we rarely eat out of the house, so we consume what we buy!

To save costs, I buy most produce from Trader Joe's, a few items from Whole Foods occasionally (if we are buying eggs or fish), and most pantry goods from Thrive Market. I'm a HUGE fan of Thrive Market. If you are not familiar with Thrive Market, it's a subscription based grocery shopping experience that provides top name brand products at wholesale discount prices. You can purchase most non-perishables and can shop by value & diet (gluten free, vegan, paleo, keto, etc.). It's so easy and they offer free delivery on orders over $49! Your first month is free and then you pay $60/year for these amazing deals. I am not sponsored, just a huge fan. Use this link for a discount on your first order.

Note on Organic: I believe in organic produce, but if you're budget conscious, it's not entirely imperative that all your purchases are organic. Anything that is grown from the ground (root), should be organic as it's more likely to be sprayed with chemicals. Examples: berries, celery, root vegetables, leafy greens, cabbage, zucchini, squash
