Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 ripe avocado
1 tbsp raw cashew butter (can sub with your favorite nut butter)
1 tbsp green spirulina (high in protein & antioxidants, can purchase at Whole Foods or online!)
3/4 cup frozen spinach
Directions:
- Add almond milk, cashew yogurt and spinach to blender and blend until spinach breaks down
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy
- Enjoy with your favorite superfood toppings!
