Creamy Avocado Cashew Bowl

Craving a creamy smoothie bowl, low in sugar and high in healthy fats? I've got you covered with this Creamy Avocado Cashew Bowl! Just a few ingredients away from a cooling and filling smoothie.


Serves: 1
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cashew Yogurt - I use Forager Project Plain Unsweetened
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 ripe avocado
1 tbsp raw cashew butter (can sub with your favorite nut butter)
1 tbsp green spirulina (high in protein & antioxidants, can purchase at Whole Foods or online!)
3/4 cup frozen spinach

Directions:
  1. Add almond milk, cashew yogurt and spinach to blender and blend until spinach breaks down
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy
  3. Enjoy with your favorite superfood toppings!
