4 Ingredient Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
These ingredients are anti-inflammatory and low reactive to digestive issues and bloat. Plus the texture can't be beat!
4 main ingredients that are easy to digest:
Avocado
Pears
Coconut Milk (I use canned coconut milk because it contains only 1 ingredients - coconut)
Chia Seeds
Note: I freeze fruit and veggies ahead of time for smoothies. I froze sliced avocado and pear and stored them in air tight containers.
Yields: 1 smoothie
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen avocado
1/2 frozen pear
3/4 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds (pre-soaked if possible to aid in digestion)
Directions: Blend all until creamy! Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
