Cherry Garcia Avocado Mousse Pudding!
I love using avocado as the base for homemade pudding. Because avocado is so creamy when blended, it makes for the best consistency. I like that this recipe is not too sweet, but if you prefer a bit more sweetness, add dates, banana, honey, or maple syrup!
Try this easy recipe for a quick breakfast, dessert, or healthy snack. Enjoy!
Yields: 2 servings
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado (frozen -freeze for at least 30 minutes ahead of time)
1/4 cup canned unsweetened coconut full fat milk
1 tbsp Organic (no sugar added) sunflower butter
4 dark cherries, pitted
2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy! Consume within 1-2 days.
